can i use 5w30 to my jaguar ftype r v8 AWD
or i have to use the recommended one w20????

please use the recommended oil on your new engine and be careful not to overfill it

Recommended is 0W20 but 5W20 is perfectly OK and is arguably better than 0W20 in a hot climate.
But 5W30 is a big NO in the F-Type V8 or V6 engine.

You can look in your manual maybe and see if there are other weights that are approved

Just finished an oil change in my 15 R. Oil weight plays a big role with clearances etc. I myself at first thought the oil is really thin for a performance car like this. But bearing clearances etc was set with this type oil weight in mind. So I usually don't mess with what the factory recommends.

Same here... i don't think the newer cars have as many owner's manual choices as the older ones...my 06 str has 6 approved weights i believe....never seen a newer manual though

Personally, I'd opt for the non-C5.Temperature-wise Chicago is 5 degF colder on average in January than Stockholm.
