I was thinking Ivory or Camel interior as opposed to red on this color.

 

I'm pretty sure this isn't a new color. The video is old and 2017s are out now.

They've had blackberry on the XF since at least 2013 which is when I bought mine.

 

Its a bad *** color..

 

I like it too but unfortunately this car is reflecting purple walls around it.

I looked at the book for the coupe and it's a premium color...

Perhaps only special order unless a dealership orders one. Ive looked at many FT's and have never seen one on a lot or for sale.

 

Your right, dealers going to steer clear of this color, much harder sell that the standard fare of Black, Silver or White. Unless customer ordered.

I bought my car off the lot and it's a 2016 F-Type R Coupe in Blackberry. It did sit for quite a long time before I bought it, but I think that has more to do with the overall price tag since it also has the suede interior and the carbon ceramic brakes. It definitely has purple flake in it (and my gf loves it) but it is not nearly that purple in real life as depicted in the first video.

 

Like the BRG, it is a very subtle color until it hits the bright lights (artificial or sunlight) and then really pops.

I was in the IRR got there about 6:30. A bit later Todd was going to introduce me to you but you had just left. Gorgeous car..the color and brakes pop! Maybe we'll pass each other on the road one day.

 

Ah, I saw you come in since I had originally wanted an IRR and always look at them. Appreciate the compliments. I was gonna test drive a F-Pace but the manager refused since they had already started serving alcohol so I said I'd stop in another time.

I'm sure we'll see each other around. It's not like they're easy to miss! My custom plate is a dead giveaway anyways (JAG RAWR).

 

Yeah I noticed that too! Nice!! Mine is GD2BBAD. Todd told me last night he snapped it last time I was in and posted it on their Instagram page.

 

I would have thought the solid Caldera red would have been a more accurate reflection of what an Italian (Ferrari) red is as opposed to being the metallic red.

Weird decision.

I've parked next to rosso corsa Ferraris, and was surprised that they were more orange than my salsa red.
