I don't think you understood my short reply.
Mixing tires is a terrific way to make the car unsafe. This can cause uneven braking and directionality issues.
Messing around with tire sizes with different circumferences gives incorrect rotational speed readings to the ABS sensors that also control the DSP
Aesthetically I don't like the spoiler, but it's your car
As someone that enjoys and takes pride in maintaining the car in top shape it's what I personally consider a ruined car. Again, it's my personal opinion.

 

Reminds me of a kid in my town with a white convertible R, stickers everywhere and red/green painted wing mirrors. He rips it full throttle everywhere he goes. The last time I saw it, it was parked at JLR Columbia, SC with a blown motor.

I'd point out that it's pretty easy to get a fair estimate at a good shop regardless of age. I'm 21, and last week some guy backed into me in a parking lot... Ruined my day, but my Jag dealer (which happens to have an in-house collision shop) gave me a very fair estimate. Of course, the other guy's insurance has since accepted full liability and will be footing the bill entirely, but no one gave me any trouble because I'm young.
