So I started off with a Rica Tune and the upper pulley from Velocity AP. I had an itch to get more, so went with EuroToys lower pulley, but I went with Velocity AP's Tune. Eventually I went with Axle Back Quick Silver Exhaust, and High Flow 300Cell CATS, plus a bunch of other things along the way. Been on this setup for probably over 10,000kms (~6,200miles) and I push it hard, whenever I get the opportunity to. Many trips to the dragstrip and lots of freeway pulls. Mind you I live in Canada, and the hottest of days in the summer are ~32C (~90F), so I haven't gone with any of the additional cooling ad ons, such as: exchangers, or higher flow pumps, or Methanol/ water injection. Today for example is 21C (69F). High Temperature isn't as great a concern as it is in warmer climates.

Below is a helpful link of my journey:
This is where it started

So far I have no concerns with dual pulley setup but I didn't go bonkers with my setup, meaning:
  • Upper Pulley is Velocity AP's and there are smaller pulleys out there (Mina, etc), this is an improvement on stock, but not too crazy
  • Lower Pulley is Eurotoys' and I believe Velocty AP's lower pulley is larger than Eurotoys' pulley, again an improvement over stock, but I didn't go too crazy
  • These details were sorted from my own research, and some it can be found in some of Unhingd's resposnes in other threads
  • The thought process is even though I'm spinning the supercharger faster than stock, I haven't truly gone all out. This is my sad way of justifying it to myself.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
Sending a pm.

I configured my own kit to fit the car. I have a burger motorsports tank because the dimensions were perfect to fit the rear compartment and it mounts the pump directly on it. I used an aem pump. I used the devilsown nozzle and nozzle holders before I like the way they mount low profile. And I used a simple boost activation switch that starts spraying at 7psi.

Thanks for the info!
Is that a filter of a check valve just before the injector nozzle?

Oh yeah, it's a checkvalve. All the meth kit dealers sell one. It's so the vacuum doesn't siphon the meth out of the tank when it's not spraying. I've always ran meth on every boosted car I've ever owned, and the benefits are great. These were just parts I had laying around, and decided to make a full kit from them.

What is triggering the MEOH flow rate, or is it delivering a constant flowrate regardless of engine speed?

A 7 psi pressure switch. Very simple and effective. Didn't want to buy an expensive controller as i didn't want to mount a gauge in the interior.

You should make up a full parts list and an install thread. I'm sure there would be quite a few members here who would be interested in doing a similar set up.

I've been logging iat with the one nozzle in the intake. And even though it is helping keeping the temps down, my temps are still rising into the 200s after a long pull through the gears. Now that's much better than it was doing before and I am dual pulley now. So I decided to step up the meth game. I added 2 direct nozzles to the lid of the supercharger. I lowered the nozzle size in the intake as well. So instead of a 1 D03 nozzle in the intake, now I run 3 D01s. And oh wow what a difference. Now instead of my temps going up, they go down during pulls. After long pulls my intake temps are in the 120-130 range. This is the quick mockup to test, gonna clean up the install, waiting on a certain part to come in. But this is a win. And keep in mind it's been in the 100s here in Texas.
