Default Help with H&R spacers-anyone?

Looking to fit H&R 15mm spacers (part # 3035634 SW) on my 2016 S convertible. I know that the studs require shaving/grinding- but does the wheel nut/hub need any alterations… I’m running these 20’s…conversely anyone suggest alternative spacers brands if the H&R’s don’t work????
cheers

You said, quote: "I know that the studs require shaving/grinding- but does the wheel nut/hub need any alterations… ".
I took that to mean anything else besides shaving/grinding/cutting the studs.
I said, quote: "No changes to the wheel/lug nuts or hubs needed."
I reckon you are confusing lug nuts and hubs with wheel studs.
Anyway, I have 15 mm spacers on the front and 20 mm spacers on the rear and I reckon they are "just right" (after previously having 15 mm spacers on the rear as well) so you might consider getting 20 mm spacers for the rear instead of 15 mm as that would save you having to cut/shave/grind the rear studs.
Also all my spacers are Teeze brand - Chinese and half the price of H&R - but fairly good quality and zero problems after several years on the car.

The wheel stud trimming is dependent on the wheel. If that is your car in the original post, those wheels should not require shaving down the wheel studs.

Yes, that’s my car…I thought only the “blade” rims required no stud trimming or grinding…I guess my shop will let me know once they get the spacers and lowering springs in…
Cheers

Correct, the only OEM wheels which do not require trimming of the studs to fit 15 mm spacers are the Blade wheels and your wheels will require stud trimming.

Not exactly true. I have the split spoke 19" wheel and it didn't require trimming. It's really apparently when it's needed so I just recommend everyone to not assume and start cutting their studs.

Thanks for the correction.
I should have said only 20" OEM wheel.

Are we sure also about Heidi wheels? Sorry to ask, just they seems to be quite rare.
