It’s for all to have. I posted the original but it was only available for a very short time. Forumite Inspector-G made the Dropbox link. We should thank him

Gotta love how discovery channel makes sure it is blocked in the country in which it airs, and the station's home country yet you can watch it anywhere else in the world!! This could start a whole heated conversation I probably don't want to have. FFS!

I got my car back yesterday.

They tell me all three issues are fixed.

The first 2 issues were TSBs so the fix was easy. The stereo does sound better at all volumes. There is no speaker buzz and the quality of the sound is a lot better. Also, there is no more buzzing from the exhaust as they replaced a vacuum pump and hose according to the TSB.

The creaking noise was the issue that took a while to fix. Apparently, the dealer techs identified several odd noises but couldn't figure out the cause. They replaced some clips in the back and a rear shock but that didn't solve the problem. After that, the dealer sent the car to another local authorized Jaguar shop. The second crew removed and adjusted the lift gate hinges, drove it and while one noise was gone, other noises remained. The notes say a technician ridding in the luggage compartment identified the origin was around the taillights. They then removed the bumper and tail light assembly, drove it again and noted the noises were gone. Eventually they concluded that the rear bumper was rubbing against the taillight assembly because the rear bumper was installed too tightly.

Hats off to the service guys who were relentless on figuring this out. I gave them an out once or twice saying the noise was no big deal and I'll take the car back, but they insisted on keeping it and continuing to work it out.

The last time I drove the car was December 28 so I had forgot how awesome the car is. Driving it yesterday was like the first time all over again.

Thanks Chester.
My creaking/groaning/rubbing noise is also around the tail lights, especially right on top of them, so I suspect I have the same problem as you had. Can you ask the techs, did they fix the problem simply by re-installing the bumper with the bolts done up a little less tightly, or did they do something else with the bumper and/or tail lights?
If you can find out exactly what they did and it's not that difficult to DIY then I would like to have a go at it myself.
