6th Annual Tail of the Dragon Event for 2024
Tail of the Dragon is a bucket list for many North American auto enthusiasts. Since 2019, a group of F-Type owners have gathered in the mountains of NC/TN to "slay the dragon" and enjoy connecting with fellow F-Type owners, rare breed that we are.
Our numbers have grown from 6 in 2019 to over 40 F-Types last year. As far as we know, this is the largest gathering of F-Types in North America. We are just a few short weeks away and now is the time to plan your trip if you are joining us. This year's agenda is modified from previous years, based on requests from prior attendees.
All events are optional, choose to join us for whatever portion your schedule allows for. We do ask that you let us know you are coming by registering. This will enable us to notify locations of expected attendees, for sponsors to have enough goodies, and for you to have a custom printed name badge for the event.
Agenda:
Friday AM: Little Switzerland loop (meetup in Asheville)
Friday PM: Blue Ridge Parkway tunnels and Devils Drop to Tapoco Lodge
Saturday: Tail of the Dragon loop
Sunday: Fontana Dam photo op, followed by an outbound run to Franklin, NC where we will enjoy lunch before wrapping the event
Details (and registration) are on our website: www.f-type.org
I ask you to please let us know you plan to attend by registering. In addition to allowing our locations to prepare for our group, this will also ensure you receive the latest event updates and communications that will go out via email.
Tapoco Lodge is our homebase for Friday eve - Sunday AM. Contact them at https://tapoco.com/ for room availability. Let them know you are with the Jaguar group.
Hope to see you there!

For those who live within driving distance, I highly recommend joining this group/drive. This will be my 3rd year and have had a blast every time. The scenario is wonderful, the cars are beautiful, and the company is awesome. If you have concerns about being able to keep up, no need to worry…the fast drivers will line up towards the front while the slower drivers who want to enjoy the scenery should be lining up towards the back. Come on out and have fun!

Just taking a moment to give a shout out to sponsors for this year’s event.
Thank you to SkyMed for offering event discounts and extra goodies. Brett will be onsite for anyone with questions. https://skymed.com/BrettGreiveldinger
Thank you to the Coventry Foundation for being a great partner each year. Appreciate your continued support! https://coventryfoundation.org/
And once again, Big Stickers and Signs for the logo design and door vinyl. https://bigstickersandsigns.com
I got a few fun corners in this weekend. Definitely looking forward to the mountains!
