You need a firmware update :
InControl Touch Pro 19A has arrived: Version S19A_19.07.2-312706
IMC (INFOTAINMENT MASTER CONTROLLER) – SOFTWARE VERSION:
S19A_19.07.2-312706, PART NUMBER: K8A2-19C204-BB (G2369115)

In order to get this, you must have a friendly dealer. I got it since my reverse cam went ape in a carwash. After that it showed no reference lines,
did not switch on, or did not switch of. All to be done manually. When I contacted the dealer, they told me they'd run the update when I came
in for the first service. Took 6 hours, but I think thats mainly as they have slow internet where I go
