Default Ian Callum leaves Jaguar.

After 20 years, Ian Callum leaves Jaguar. His designs transformed the company. From nearly dead to thriving. And of course, the F-Type will always be his crowning legacy.

Anxious to see what he does next.

I'm sorry to see him go - his contribution to the brand and our F-Types was huge. As I understand it, he will maintain a connection as a consultant while working on personal projects. His replacement, Julian Thomson, has been part of the team for 18 years, so hopefully the tradition will continue.

And the worst title of a headline I've ever seen a stillborn F-Type

Looks like the XK successor he talked about wanting to make - although that wouldn't really qualify as a "secret."
I would love to see it come to life, but expect that JLR's current financial state won't let it happen.
I suspect that may also have contributed to Ian's announcement.

Jag is ready for the future b/c of Ian:

f-type-, f-pace, and e-pace all w/ car of year is pretty crazy.

Jalop: Ian retires as one of the greats:

Is there anywhere you can go to see a visual history of car designers and their work? There's a Tesla designer that had worked for Kia, and his stuff was really extraordinary. I'm no huge fan of the Tesla design, but what recently happened at Kia is very interesting. To then go into a gallery of Ian's Ford work, etc... would be really cool. Does that exist? I guess wiki? But a hub for all designers would be sweet.

The second generation Kia K900 is not very good looking compared to the original one in my opinion.
