Those tires are squealing. He doesn't have enough pressure in them. They are not supposed to chatter. Maybe that's typical for the PZeros. The PSSs do not squeal in a full drift at 42 psi.(1.0+ g).
PZeros squeal, so you can hear when you are about to lose grip. PSS don't and that makes them dangerous for novice drivers that may overlook other signs of impending slide.
I find the PSS chirp quite easily, turning from a stop, even with very moderate throttle. Don't remember the P-Zeros doing that. After running close to 40psi, I think I'm back around 36. Might go back higher, as they felt good at 40psi.
Jaguar.DE does driving days at the nurburgring, in their F-types, I tried to sign up for one but they don't allow non German speakers as the instructors are not fluent in English
