Default JLR Owner Satisfaction Survey

I received an email survey from JLR today on owner satisfaction. I am approaching the third month of ownership on a 2018 R-Dynamic. The survey had all the standard questions on various aspects of the car, which I gave high marks to. There was one question that gave me pause though:

Satisfaction with second row seat comfort?

I was not quite sure how to answer that one so I left it blank. To their credit JLR did have a question at the end of the survey asking if I had trouble answering any of the questions, so I listed that one.

If any long term owners have information (or better yet photos) on how to access the second row seating please post it.

Did they ask you how you use the car when you aren't driving it?

That must be in the trunk/boot. And now we know why they've fitted a trunk/boot lid release lever in there!

If I needed to carry "passengers" back there I'd be driving a 1972 El Dorado. Not sure they'd be in any condition to complain about comfort though. Hypothetically ...

Given my expectations regarding the rear seating, I am quite satisfied with it.
