Need help!!! Radiio not working. Please any assistance is welcomed.

Just Purchased a 2014 F taupe no audio at all navigation works phone connects but no audio whatsoever take it to two or three dealerships and shops no one can figure it out please help

When did you loose the audio? Have you tried multiple music sources? What have the dealerships attempted in order to rectify the issue?
