Nice color combo - congrats! Don't forget to change your signature, assuming the Polaris coupe is gone...

Being a 'conv' owner myself, I'd love to hear your reasons for changing from a coupe to a drop head?

Great combo. I don't understand the color names you posted?

Your term hood confused me. I see now the top is beige. Is bonnet to you hood to me? I should learn your lingo since my car was made over there...

Just fancied a change, love both versions the only downside is I ordered an R Dynamic and they built a standard car so I didn't get the extra bits i.e. body kit loud exhaust button etc, anyway they gave me a massive discount to take the car £7k discount and 3 years free servicing so I was happy to take it.

I spent the first few pix trying to decide why anyone would order a car with a beige engine hood and the rest of the car in silver. Never be surprised at anything from those crazy Brits after they sent us the Mini! Finally realized he was referring to the TOP! Blimy! me boy, speak/write English!!!!
Being From Georgia, I am a product of the Southern Rural Educational System, and I get harassed all the time for it(MY English). My turn to back lash??

That said, it is a beautiful combo and Jag.

Larry

NYC Rolls Royce dealership told me the story years ago of a Brit who brought their Rolls Royce convertible in requesting that the hood be dyed black. The American workers took it literally and ruined the car. In the UK the "hood" is the convertible top. The UK "bonnet" is the "front hood" in the USA.

Wings are fenders and near-sides and off-sides always confuses me with regards to if it's a LHD or RHD car.

I asked my dealer about "Jaguar" pronounced UK or USA way when I bought my F-Type, "what is proper?" I asked. Dealer said "if you're buying one today you can call it anything you like...."
