Hi guys,

I've been having a high pitch static noise only when I am on AUX (CD, HDD, Radio play fine). I took it to the agent, and they say it is normal! I know most probably it is a ground loop issue

what are your thoughts? has anyone experienced that?

Fit ground loop isolator in line.

 

Thanks, Just to let you know, it static is there even when the AUX cable is disconnected. Is the isolator still going to solve the issue?

 

Sorry no idea but they are cheap enough to try.
