My flat bottom wheel is a matte dark charcoal gray (almost black), but in no way textured.

Definitely looks matte charcoal grey in that ad and not shiny black like Andrew's.
Maybe there are two different leather finish versions of the sports wheel?

Oz, I’ll do what I can. The weather’s been so crappy and overcast lately that there hasn’t been enough light to get pics with decent resolution.
Took mine off the lift and got it ready to drive. Temps look like they will stay above 40 this week both on the way in and home from work. Might put the spacers on if i get ambitious.
Drove my F to the golf course today and then to my community fitness center for a cardio session. Of course, due to the time of year, when I returned home had to California Duster the pollen so the car would look white again instead of chartreuse.
Funny thing is now my Jaguar Remote app is indicating that it's not my car, it' Mike's car and it is parked in Manhattan, NY, it has 2473 miles on it and a range of 509 miles. Oh, and the wiper fluid level is low. Hey Mike, if you're a member here, take care of that wiper fluid and make sure you use Jaguar Windscreen Washer Fluid. "Using a non-approved fluid may adversely affect the wiper blade rubber."
Guess I'll try uninstalling the Remote App and re-installing. But, seriously, this kind of crap is super annoying when it doesn't work reliably.
R&R’d the faded plastic gray windshield cowl cover with a nice new unfaded one. Damn those cheap pieces of plastic are expensive.
Or you could simply have used a product like Back to Black or better, the AutoGlym Bumper gel or any number of other easily available products to restore the deep black colour which the sun has bleached. These products work on every black plastic bit on the car. You use them whenever you wax your car...they protect against UV damage as well as restoring the colour.
I washed it today for the first time in a couple months.. No rain and the temp was high enough not to freeze anything. Also used the Prep n' Polish. I'll vacuum the car tomorrow. Hankering for a road trip after I head down to the Big Easy on business. Yes, plan on taking in some jazz, hard rock, cigars, bourbon and a lot of Cajun cooking while I'm there. Life is good!
Installed the small spoiler I made a while ago. Quite pleased with it. And the weather timed perfectly with the completion, as it was sunny and crisp for two days afterwards

I mounted it with Scotch 3M heavy-duty outdoor mounting tape. I have used this stuff on a lot of projects, including emblems on cars and even mounting bathroom accessories on tile.
It is quite strong, but can be removed easily with fishing line and WD-40.
You just need to be very careful when mounting the item. If it is misaligned you will have to remove it and all its remnants, and start over.
Thank you, OP. This thread motivated me to get some things done while the weather is cooperating. I replaced the smooth SC belt idler for the lower pulley installation and reverted back to the ribbed OEM idler. I then replaced the one-sided K080575 belt with a DK080568 double sided bel. The belt chirping and squealing I was experiencing in cool weather until the engine compartment heated up is now gone. Still enough time today to swap out the 6 mm spacers with 3mm spacers on the front. I had added the 6mm spacers to provide clearance between the "big brakes" and the 9.5" VS03 wheels. Hopefully the 3mm still provides adequate clearance.
With temps in the 60's forecast, and the rains of our record-breaking winter finally abating, I think, I gave it a good wash, minor detailing. Gonna take it on a spin in two days to pick up a pal from the airport. He's coming from Idaho after their record winter, so I want him to remember what he is missing leaving California. Yes, I know, there are some sound reasons to leave CA, but we're sticking it out for the time being.

Uh no, not that simple.
I bought the car used and the previous owner somehow got that piece extremely faded beyond resurrection. I used 3 different products that are supposed to “simply” bring it back and none of them worked. No way I would have forked over for the new piece if that stuff worked. It looked a little bit better while I first applied it and was right back to full fade out within hours.
