Without question, I totally agree...

EXTERIOR: British Racing Green, 20" Style 5060, 5 spoke, Gloss Silver Finish wheels, Red brake calipers with 380mm front and 325mm rear brakes and Body-colored roof. I don't care for the panoramic roof
INTERIOR: Tan Windsor leather Performance seats with Tan/Tan interior and Interior Luxury Pack Plus

You can't go wrong with the iconic BRG and Saddle interior!

"Warranty" covers more than just "engine and transmission". It's is not correct to state, without providing specific details, that a tune will void "the warranty". If you have a tune and your electronic seats stop working, that doesn't mean they can deny a faulty seat because of your tune. Back in the day, manufacturers did that practice (denying engine claims due to aftermarket suspension springs). It has to be proven that a modification contributed to the failure for it to be denied a warranty claim. There was a significant court case in the US which established that precedent.

However with an ECU aftermarket tune, for engine/transmission warranty work, the burden is on the owner to prove it did not contribute to the specific issue.
