Scam. 18K for a car with 3300 miles on it. I bet it comes with some ocean front property out of AZ.

My thoughts exactly.

I remember a scam from a few years back that used ridiculously low prices as a hook. I called about a very low priced Maserati Quatro and said I was interested but wanted to inspect the car personally. The whole began to unravel very quickly. The ad in this case (linked address) indicates a private seller but the listing is by Allen's Auto and the telephone number is listed as 000-000-0000. 99% sure this is a scam.

Engine and transmission additional $60,000...:icon_shrug:

With the money you save on the Jag, you could also buy the NSX and BMW 850 they have listed! :D:icon_gunhead:

Also, the VIN is all wrong. (Except for the SAJW)

Walks like a scam, talks like a scam, looks like a scam...

This is nothing compared to the "Classic" Jag's now being advertised as a "one owner car with only 13-15,000 miles on the odometer" typically going for around $100K or more.
One little detail they omit is the fact that back then car's odometers did not used to go over 99,000 miles without re-setting to "0", which of course is not generally known among today's younger crowd.

What did you expect, they couldn't even get the phone number right. :icon_spitball:

Obviously, someone is bad with figures!

Ran a Google Image search on the first photo and got the following, so there's your problem

Listing has been taken down. Darn, always wanted an NSX...:icon_crackup:
