Hi guys,
I'm a new owner of a jaguar f type r 2023. I'm really interested in getting some wheel spacers I have stock 20" rims with 305s in the front and 265 in the front. can y'all guide me what size spacers should be and if there is a specific brand.

You’ve got your tire sizes backwards. 305 is on the rear, 265 up front.
For a clean flush fit on a 2023 F-Type R with stock 20s: 15mm front, 20mm rear. That’s the common setup.

Brands that hold up: H&R, Motorsport Tech, BONOSS. Avoid cheap eBay stuff.
You’ll need longer bolts too make sure they’re included or buy separately. And check for rub on full lock. Should be fine at those sizes.

Longer bolts??? Presume you mean wheel lugs/studs.
Not needed at all as long as you are buying/using proper hub-centric spacers, often referred to as "adapters".
Heaps of us here have fitted such spacers with no problems including me.
Common fitment is 15 mm all round but yes some prefer 20 mm on the rear.
I went with 20 mm on the rear for a while but I found that the tyres rubbed when hitting dips at speed so I went back to 15 mm. Pretty sure the rubbing was due to the combination of 20 mm spacers and VAP lowering springs and it seems that 20 mm spacers will not cause rubbing if you don't also have lowering springs.
One main problem with 15 mm spacers - they only work without modification with Blade wheels (which I have), for all other OEM wheels you need to grind/cut some 2 or 3 mm off the lugs so that the ends of the lugs fit into the pockets/voids between the lug holes on the backs of the wheels without rubbing. Many here have done this with no problems.
Otherwise you can go to 17 mm spacers but they are harder to find and more expensive than off the shelf 15 mm ones.
I have used Teeze spacers (arguably "cheap eBay specials") with no problems at all, see here: https://www.aliexpress.com/s/wiki-ssr/article/pcd-5x108
IMHO they are just as good as the brand name ones like H&R but cost a lot less.
Yes, avoid no-name eBay specials, I tried them once and one day one of them disintegrated, lucky it was on a low speed suburban road.

I have these wheels and no lowering springs. is 20mm in the back and 15 in the front going to work?
I don't want to cut anything and the car is a daily driver so i just want to have the most reliable and efficient way but have the car look better.

Front 15 mm and rear 20 mm should work, except that those wheels are Style 1066 and I'm 99% sure that 15 mm spacers will not work without cutting/grinding the lugs.
But that is not a problem at all, as I said many here have cut 2 or 3 mm off the lugs with zero problems.
The last 5 or 6 mm of the lugs/studs are plain (not threaded) so cutting that small an amount off them is no big deal and they will still be perfectly reliable.
Again, many here have done this and I have never read of any one of them reporting any problems.
You could instead try 17 mm spacers on the front but I vaguely recall some reports of tyres scraping on the inner wheel arch linings on full lock with 17 mm spacers, maybe someone who has tried this can chime in.

My OCD would prefer the locking nut to be located between the centre cap and the valve for perfect symmetry.
