auto locking

Default auto locking
newbie looking for help. Here's the situation: Just purchased a xj8 2000. the doors will not lock/unlock by using the remote. they key will only unlock the driver side door. There is no buttons in interior to lock/unlock the doors. doors lock upon startup and unlock when engine shuts off. I have performed a hard reset by disconnecting the neg battery terminal. I have checked the fuses. I have found the relay under rear passenger seat fuse box but have not replace it yet. I wanted to make sure before i start replacing relays if there's anything else i should do. I have read other posts on this same subject and followed advice up to replacing relays. Encourage me...

The other 3 doors WILL unlock if you turn the key in the driver's door AGAIN. (twice)

I've tried that as well. I just get a chirping sound. My other Jag, x-type, will lock/unlock with that key function.

I have tried that as well. My other Jag, x-type, will lock/unlock using that function. All i get from the xj8 is a chirping sound.

That button does not work either. I'm now leaning towards a relay issue.
