Hi all - opinions are requested please regarding the following:-



This website suggests that his Jaguar EPC has working VIN searching. I e-mailed the chap and he says yes, it definitely has VIN search



Automotive Software, spare parts catalog, electronic spare parts catalogues, service manual, repair manual, workshop manual, body repair manual, electrical wiring diagram, hydraulic diagram, circuit schematics, owner manual



I was lead to believe that this was not possible without an internet link to Jaguar.



Is this worth buying, or is the seller telling porkies?



I'd be grateful for any views and informed comment please.

 

I'm presently using an October 2013 version of JEPC modified to work without an internet connection to JLR. It does NOT allow search by VIN.

Ask him for a screen shot confirming the VIN Search button is active. He may be confusing this with the VIN ID button.

Mine is a January 2015 version and I too am unable to do a VIN search.

Where did you download January 2015 version of JEPC.

As i know last JEPC is 2013 whic includes F-Type

 

Where did you get that version? I'm also keen to get a copy.

I too, am definitely interested where we can get updated copies of the JEPC... So tired of having outdated parts data and schematics!
