Default Misfires

Have an 03 s type w/4.2L v8 is there a way to restore cylinder compression after a " heat" event short of a total ring job. Be gentle Im still in shock.

Of course there is a way to restore compression! Chances are you warped your cylinder head/heads. Buy an engine or repair your current one. either option is most likely more then your car is worth.

The good news is your rings are most likely ok. If you did warp your block and cause enough damage that your rings don't seal: you own a paper weight! run out of coolant you most likely warped your heads, run out of oil and you will wear your rings out and lots of other engine internals very fast.
