Anyone have any idea why I cannot change my Avatar photo?

Did you remember to save it when you made the change? What size is the new one?

Unless you changed it, I'm not showing any signature picture or text on your account.

are you looking to change the signature photo (of which you're post doesn't show a signature) or the avatar (at the top next to your user name)

There are 3 areas where a member can have a member specific picture and the common confusion is between Avatar and Profile picture.

For reference, Avatars display to the left of the username when viewing posts. Signatures and Signature pictures display beneath the user's posts:

Profile pictures are displayed to the left side of the screen when viewing a member's profile page:

All 3 are different and managed through the UserCP.
