1986 Jaguar XJ-6 350 conversion ...

I will be quite honest here , I bought this 350 conversion '86 XJ-6 for the motor only to put in my ' 98 S-10 .
It has good brakes , rear-end , front end and was a driving car prior to me starting to take apart to get motor and 700 r tranny out of it .
The body has rust over the center of both rear wheels as I've discovered is typical of these .
There is also minor lower rear window rust which I believe contributes to the rear quarter rust spots .
The car was still driving after I purged the 350 of old gas when I got it home , and was still quite solid
despite rust over rear wheels .
The trunk , bumpers ( have no rust , and will clean up nicely ) interior is saddle beige leather and in good condition , grill and front fenders are in rust free condition , also I've been told by my Jag neighbor that this a Vandenplaus .
I'm asking 1000 for the Jag as a roller with no motor or trans or gauges W/O the V-8 kit , or 1250 for the complete car ( less 350/700 ) and also no gauges , as I may need them for my swap .
Clear title is in hand and I prefer local Pick up ... No shipping !!!
I've tried to be as honest as possible in my description , just hate to see a bunch of good parts eventually go to China at 5 cents a pound !
If someone wants the car with the 350 conversion pieces, and pays the asking 1250.00 price , I will include a less than 100 mile pair of nearly 300 dollars Sanderson Street Rod Headers that will fit my S-10 , but leave too many horsies on the table .
If you're interested , please reply through P/M .
Thanks , David !
