Default B Pillar Wood Trim

What is the correct way to remove the B Pillar wood trim? I can't find the fasteners. Thought they might be under the weatherstrip like the ones above the doors or I'm just not seeing them. Not underneath exterior chrome trim either

As I recall there are a couple of "hook" brackets behind the trim and it is fitted by being slotted into the securing holes in the B-post, then pushed upwards. Removal the other way, (down), but you first have to remove the lower B-post trim that sits below it
