2013 XJ Rear Seat Isofix / Seat-Fix Points
Hi All,
I'm a newbie so please go easy on me.
I pick up my new XJ (First time Jag owner) next Tuesday 2nd September and wish to know if the XJ has easily identifiable Isofix / Seat-Fix points on the outer rear seats. Its a July 2013 XJ Portfolio.
I purchased a Recaro Monza Nova 2 with Seat-Fix (also usable with just the 3-point harness but additional side-impact protection plus the seat remains in place without the seat-belt being in place if the child's not in the car).
When I looked over the car pre-delivery I saw there are two small square patches above the seat squab on each side. Do these remove to reveal where the seats seat-fix arms go into for retention or are the patches by way of an indication that the seat-fix arms slide between the squab and back-rest of the rear seat?
Would welcome your knowledge and experience here as I don't wish to be bumbling around too much fitting the seat when I collect the car (child will be with me so I need to fit as dealer is not authorised to fit it apparently).
Thanks in advance,
Andy
