Another Newbie

Hi, I Just picked up a 97 XJ6 for the wife so I'm sure I will be on here quite a bit looking for info. The first question I have is where do I get a inexpensive code scanner and what model do I need?

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I ordered the OBDCOM software after reading the code reader section here so I hope it works out ok.
