Hello, newbie here
Hi all,
Just joined to find some info on my car, 2002 X-Type 3.0 Sport. Love the car, had it since 06 and only have 65,000 miles on it. Mostly garaged kept but on the weekends I like to take it out for a spin. Just got a check engine light on and when I pulled the error codes I'm getting P1111 which I understand to always be on there as it is not really an error and the other one is P1647 which is the Linear o2 sensor control chip bank 2. I am starting to look for a service/repair model for my car. I understand that chiltons/hayes don't offer one and that there is supposedly a cd or online service for this??? If anyone can point me in the right direction for a cd/manual, I'd be great full. Nice forum. Thanks, Tim |

Welcome to the forum Tim,
Sounds like you've had six trouble free years with the X-Type so far. Follow Norri's link to the X-Type section and look at the top 'sticky' in the threads called 'Workshop Manual Installation Instructions'. Enjoy the forum. Graham |
Welcome to the forum.
As well as the Sticky that Graham mentions, there are lots of downloads available through the link in my signature. Good to see you. |
Great! Thanks for the info.
