Hi All, New XJ member from Ireland
Hi all,
Have been lurking whilst researching my recent purchase, so thanks to all for providing such comprehensive answers to members questions and for some great guides/how to-s.
Have been a BMW owner past 8 or so years, (most recent was a 630i), but delighted to be driving a big cat now.
The car I just picked up the other day is an XJ 3.0 diesel V6 in astral gold I believe the colour is.
I have been an active member of BMW Forums over the years, so whilst my knowledge of jags is limited at the moment, I'm no stranger to automotive troubleshooting or digging around under a bonnet, so hopefully I'll be able to contribute in some way.

It sounds as if you've already found the relevant model forum. I hope so because I can't give you a link without knowing the model year of your car.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
