Hi, New Member with a leaky XJR Gear Box
Hi,
I'm Phil form Poulton-le-Fylde.
I drive a 2004 XJR which is my pride and joy. Unfortunately it has a very slow leak from the transmission system. I take it in to get it topped up every other month. This is an expensive excersise.
Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for this?
Cheers,
Phil.

Welcome to the forum Phil,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
The fix depends on where it's leaking from - input or output shaft seal, selector shaft seal, sump seal .......
Follow Norri's link in post #2 to the X350 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link UK & Eire - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
