Looking at a 2003 STR... have questions.
Test drove a 2003 STR today... great car... FAAAASST.
But I have some concerns.
It has a "restricted performance" fault showing which is going to be repaired (current owner showed me an estimate that claims a "small vacuum leak" which he will have repaired.
It also shows a "parking brake fault" when you manually engage the parking brake by pushing down on the button, but that goes away when you turn the engine off and back on. The brake engages in park with no problem and disengages when you take it out of park.
It's also missing one of the two air inlet panels that surround the turn signals in front. The other one seems to pull out easily, so I might as well get two... but where?
It's got 89,000 miles and everything in the interior electronically operates perfectly.
If somebody here speaks Jag, could they help me with this?
THANKS! And, I'm glad to be here!
