Hi my name is James i own a jaguar xj6 3lt sovereign. The back door will not open ether by the remote fob or manualy.And the suspension is creaking a lot any ideas as to the cause of the problems.

I've made it as far north as Dingwall before - lovely part of the country you live in.

As Norri suggests, best to post this question in the tech section. Also give the exact model and year details as the lock mechanisms vary across the Jaguar range.
