My 51st car is my 1st Jag
 

Hi All, I live in central Florida, USA. I recently purchased a 2003 V8 S-Type and I must admit I am in Love with this car. It is smooth shifting and riding, quiet, fast and a joy to drive. I grew up in a time when all Jaguars were British Racing Green although today they come in many colors, of course mine is Emerald Fire Green. When I purchased it almost four months ago I had been searching the internet for many months before I found this one, It only had 48K miles on it and the price was right. It was in a Jaguar dealer in NY so I put a deposit on it over the phone and flew to NY to drive it home. It was the most enjoyable road trip I have ever had. I have added 4K miles to the odometer and I don't understand all the negative things I hear about Jaguars, of course it is from people who don't own one. I have owned six Cadillacs ( all models), Three Lincolns, a BMW, a Mercedes, and an Audi The Audi 5000s was one of the worst cars I have owned. I will try to post some pics which shows some of the chrome I have added to my Jag.
