Default new to the forum/1963 xke 1

Hi all, I'm new here and really excited I found such an excelant forum. As my title says, I have a 1963 e type and came here to hopefully gain a little more knowledge about these gorgeous vehicles. I've always loved the cars, but until now have had very little experience with them. I'm hoping I can find a little guidance to some problems this beauty is having. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum skeyedvr,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums.

I see you've already posted the carb question in https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/e-type-xk-e-59/ the E-Type section so no need for a link to the tech section from me..

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Mid West Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/mid-west-us-il-ia-mi-mn-mo-oh-wi-39/

Hey there JimC64.. Thanks so much for the upgrade!.. I really appreciate it. I am now trying to find the "my signature" area to put in my cars info... I can't seem to find it.... I am on my cell phone internet connetion, any reason why that would limit the options available on this site?

It's all there but not the easiest thing to add using a cell phone. I've set it up like this for you:

_______________
1963 XKE Series 1

It will show up with your next post and you can edit it any time you like.

OK....yep.. That was the problem!!. Wow. This is an awesome site.....I requested desktop site and it was like not knowing your vision was poor until you went to the eye doctor and you looked through the right lenses and BLAM!!!... you never knew you should see this good!!!..... Desktop site vs cell phone site is like that!!! I did find the edit signature spot that way... Thanks again.

Oh and I will check out the Midwest section... Thanks for the infor and direction!.

Thanks GGG.... My phone crashes when I go on to the desktop sight.... So I got a taste of what this sight really has to offer, just going to have to wait for a bit to get back on that way..... You moderators really are proactive here! Its good to see that in a forum...
