I fell in love with the XKE as a kid. I always wanted to restore one but given the cost and unreliability I decided to restore a 1978 MGB, which I still have today. I was so glad when Ford bought Jaguar and produced the XKR. In 2012 I finally bought a 2004 XKR. It has been a joy to own. I have put over 20K miles on it. Just turned 60k.
