Hey everyone,
Looking forward to reading all the great information here. I have already learned so much. Downloaded the service manual for 64 bit Windows 7.
Got my 1999 Jaguar XK8 in December 39K miles original owner. Like new. Debating all the technical work that is recommended around tensioners, etc.

I am a Houston native, lived here all my life. Collect classic cars from the 20's and 30's. I work hard and play hard. Love to travel, play with the cars, scuba dive and laugh lots!

Welcome to the forum,

Don't put of the tensioners if they haven't been done yet.

Welcome to the forum.

Make my day and post up some pics of the Classics, please.

Nice looking Jag, and if you are near Brutal, you will be in great hands.

Where is the best place to buy the kit. We will do it at home or should we really have it done by the experts?

Wonderful! Beautiful cars indeed! I'll readily admit I'm a fan of the 1930-40's cars. Built like tanks, and each make distinctly different. Unlike todays cars that I find the only way to tell them apart is by looking at the badge.
