New member in illinois
Hello everyone!! My name is Richie and I am new to this board. I have already made a post inquiring about the codes I pulled the other day.
P0301
P1313
P1316
P0128
P1642
P1111
I also know I need to replace my radiator and was wondering if I could do it without having to buy jack stands. I am no mechanic and inherited my jag from my father who had passed away, so I really really want to keep it in his memory but repairs as you all know are expensive. So if I can do it my self I will, with the help of my mechanically inclined neighbor of course! PLEASE help ASAP! My wife and I are expecting in 2 weeks!!!!!!! And it's our only car!!! help!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum Richie,
You've posted in X-Type forum but referred to having an S-Type. Confirm which it is and we can get you to the right model forum.
I can understand it's a stressful time but take a deep breath and get some vehicle details down. I've replaced many radiators and witnessed a couple of births and I can say for sure that I'd prefer to replace a radiator any day. You can stop for a beer when doing a radiator.

Hello, Richie,
Congratulations on the impending birth.
I can't help you with that but I've not known of any car that needed jack stands to change the radiator. They almost always are accessible from the top although you may need to remove the hood.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
