Hi I am a new member from Kent UK and have been a Jaguar owner for over 15 years with a XJ8 sport (8years) and now a 2003 XJ6.
I have posted in the XJ6 forum this morning about a gearbox clunk when selecting gear that developed yesterday after getting DSC Restricted Performance and Gearbox warning lights on the dash.
Just to update I started the car just now and got the same result. Turned the engine off and restarted and to my surprise the gearbox clunk , gearbox warning and DSC warning has gone, but it now says there is an ABS fault.
This is getting a bit confusing any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Weird and inconsistent electrical issues - first check your battery condition and charge!
No need for a link to the tech section as you have already found it. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
