Hi All
Nice site lot's of info, will take me a wee while to look over it. I own a 2000 XK8 coupe 4.0 ltr in pacific blue she's really nice for her age 110000 miles, original everything apart from the usual service items + replaced complete set of timing chains & tensioners just in case. Only fault is a rattling cat o/s. I do all my own repairs & servicing so I hope I can pick a few brains here on this site.

Thanks
Wullie

Welcome to the forum Wullie,

(I've moved your post to its own thread)

Plenty of information here for the 'hands-on' owner.

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR section for help and advice.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/ to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.

Wullie,
A very warm welcome to this forum. As you do all your own servicing we may well be picking your brains, but it is great to have you here.

All the best,
