Hi to all on the forum!

Live in Scotland (near St Andrews). Bought my 2002 X Type 2.5SE manual in November and am thoroughly enjoying the 'Jaguar Experience'. Have been working my way through a few things needing done which are common to the early Jags eg. squeaky steering, rocking seat, loose vents etc., but nothing major. Looking forward to taking part on the forum!

Only complaint, from my teenage son, is that it doesn't have heated REAR seats.

As for teenage sones? Never happy....lol

Haing said that there was a post some time ago of retro fitting heated seats to the front and possibly the back too, so it could be a possibility!!

Welcome Grant, heated rear seats for teenage lads, you sure he's not using the car for something else whilst you are not around?

Rear seats can be done , I had heated rear seats fitted in our two rides . I don't think it's a big deal though .It;'s not like you have a Rolls Royce but you don't have umbrellas in it lol
