webasto manual roof for s type
Hi All,
My late husband bought me a 1995 green XJS 6 cyl. convertible. So much fun . We are in San Diego, lucky I can enjoy the convertible often. I am hoping to get advice on the forum to what to do with all the old Jag parts I inherited..... So , I want to toss the old webasto manual roof with wooden frame , that needs rebuilding big time . Should I just toss it ? wire wheels? engine blocks, etc, No , do not have carborators, but 3 manual transmission with overdrive but GBN... may be boat anchors, LOL

Welcome to the forum ginatrup,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
Parts for older Jaguars are always sought after and it would be a shame to just toss them. We have a PRIVATE For Sale / Trade or Buy Classifieds forum where spares can be advertised:
PRIVATE For Sale / Trade or Buy Classifieds - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
The only restrictions are members must have a 5 Post count AND registered on the forum for a minimum of 10 Days before geing allowed to post there. Neither of these take long but it prevents anyone from just signing up and posting an advert.
For the converrtible, follow this link XJS ( X27 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJS forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the US Western Region forum by following this link US Western - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
