Wink XK In Northern Maine.....not yet!

As an English guy I am more than familiar with Jaguars, my late step father owned one in the early 80's. I once test drove an XJS many many years ago but it wasn't meant to be.

I now live in the most north eastern part of the USA and hardly ever see one of my all time favorite marques of car. I think we have one x type in town.

I am also learning the language of vehicle parts here in the USA. A bonnet is a hood, a trunk is a boot, rotors are discs etc etc. AND you drive on the wrong side of the road. Anyway I digress..... I have for a few years now watched the value of a used 2007+ XK creep within my reach. I was wondering ( as I have looked but cannot find) is there a section on your forum that informs prospective owners what to look for when looking to purchase a used XK. i.e inherent faults and weaknesses.?

Oh and to top it all I have to pronounce it Jagwarrrr now and not JagUarrr....:-D

So any guidance would be appreciated and looking forward to being part of the Jag Family ;-)
