Default Back from the dead. Yes seriously.

The summer of 2016 I purchased a convertible F-Type V8 with all the bells and whistles for my wife. I joined this forum and did my best to keep up with what was going on in Jaguar world .
We went on vacation in December 2016 to Mexico and after a swimming accident I was lying dead on the beach for 30 minutes. I spent 586 days in the hospital but I'm back now and doing a lot of rehab. I don't know what the future holds for me but we are working on a Contraption to get me into the passenger seat of the Jaguar. The accident lost me paralyzed from the neck down but as you can see from the video below I have a lot of fight in me and hope to keep making progress.

Well, don't know the right words to say, but I hope you make it back into the driver's seat sometime,

Best for the future

I had something light-hearted to put down here, but after seeing your video it seems quite stupid.
You are the Personification of making Lemonade from a Truck load of lemons handed to you unexpectedly and against your will.

I wish you the very best possible outcome! At this rate it won't be long before you're in that passenger seat, and with proper alteration to your car, maybe even in the driver seat again.

Wow Joe! Wow!! Thank you for sharing your story and keep us posted on how your doing. Especially with getting into the Jag and out for some fresh air.

I'm a design engineer w/automotive seating experience. Wish I were closer so I could help.

Regards, Richard
