Default Just an observation...

Left out of here Wednesday morning for Chicago and just got back, . On the 1212 mile trip up, I saw 1 XK / XKR convertable in downtown Chicago and on the return trip I saw 1 XF and one older XJ (on the side of the road) Most were Mercs, Beamers, Toyota/Lexus and Dodge/Chrysler products. But at gas stations and rest areas, they were coming over to look and ask about the XK...made me feel rather good

Wow, your blue haired ladies actually notice your Jag.

A couple of years ago, one such lady came out of the hairdressers, folded herself into her car, and drove off the side-walk straight into the side of my XJ40.

She said that she hadn't seen me driving past

Bet that was a nice drive CigarGuy.

Made driving 2 trips from NJ to Chicago. Once in the wifes '07 X-type and once in my '98 XK8. Anyone taking this trip knows that Pa. never ends. At no time during either one of these trips did I see another Jag. and both times while filling up someone came over to compliment me on the car. Why do I put up with my Jaguar problems? See above. Cigar Guy, I was taking notice of how many Jags I saw on my trip to Sanibel from Orlando. I surprisingly spotted 4 xk's (older) and several other models. An XF which
I had a hard time identifying so I had to ask the owner because I wasn't that close up.

Here's one I saw:

Good to see you Vector.

I'm still baffled as to why have a sump splitter half way down a parking bay?
