Default Lost son on july 4th

July 4th will never be the same again, received a call on morning of july 5th from sons wife, he was found unresponsive at his home at 7pm the night before, initial findings are extreme low blood sugar causing blacking out, he then fell and hit head, never woke up!
Seeing your child in a coffin is something you can never prepare for! I implore all you parents out there, tell your kids you love them every day!!!! Even if they are grown, call them up, tell them you miss them!
My son was 32 years old, and had a great life, hadnt seen him in 3 years as he had moved up north and was doing a lot of travelling. But seeing him laying there in the coffin, all i could see was my baby boy!!!!! It is the most heartbreaking thing i have ever had to deal with, not sure life will ever be quite the same.
Again!!!! Call your kids!!! Love on them! Dont wait until its too late with no time for good bye

I don’t know you, but you have my deepest condolences. There no words that can describe the loss of an offspring.

I was 18 when my Brother 11 was hit by a car, and I watched my Parents go through this. I as a Parent have Thanked God a Million Times, that My 5, are all still alive, and I have never been asked to endure the loss of a child. May the Love of God surround you, and your's. May he give you Peace, and Understanding where there is none.. I Pray for you and your Family, In Jesus' Name Amen.

Jack

So really sorry to learn about this.
May God give all of you the strength and courage to see you thru the days, weeks and months ahead.
I saw my brother and his wife go thru the same thing 2 years ago.

Darrenmb,
What a heartbreaking story. I don't know you, but I'm a parent of three grown kids about the same age as your son, and I don't know how I could overcome such a loss. Anytime I get a late night phone call from any of my kids, my heart skips a beat imagining the worst. I am hopeful that somehow you find the strength to go on and heal from the pain you are now experiencing. What a tragedy, I hope family and friends provide some level of comfort in the coming months. We weep with you.
Ted

My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I went through this a few years ago with the loss of a grandson. Parents shouldn't outlive their children (or grandchildren).

May God's grace and blessings be with you

My deepest sympathies, no parent should have to bury a child. God bless and you are in our prayers.
