Default Odd place names

When I moved to Victoria, from New South Wales it seemed to me that Victoria has many stange sounding place names, probably just because I had to start learning them and build a mental map. Here is a selection:

Koo Wee Rup
Yarck
Bunyip
Tootgarook
Moorooduc
Walpeup
Mallacoota
Nar Nar Goon
Wonthaggi

Any odd place names near you?

You always have:
84, PA
Intercourse, PA (right in the heart of amish country of all places)

Then you have where I live, California Maryland. Am I on the east coast or the west coast. The even better part is that it is just south of Hollywood and north of Scotland.

Thermo already mentioned Intercourse PA. Right next to there in Amish Country is Paradise PA. Naturally.

My hometown is named after the local Indian tribe of Tsawwassen. Took me most of elementary school to spell it correctly.
