Default A serious problem: Left Twix and Right Twix

What is the right way to assemble two Twix bars? Do I just take a Left Twix and a Right Twix and put them together? Or do I cut every Twix in half and stick the pieces together, so every bar has half a Left Twix and half a right Twix in it?

Now my scissors are sticky.

Everyone knows that you need 1 left Twix and 1 right Twix in each package. You can't make two Frankentwix and expect things to work well. You definitely need a matching set of unadulterated 100% genu-wine Twix.

I've always been a little Left of Center, so I freely admit my bias.

Put the left one in the left side of your mouth and do the same for the right side...then start chewing...
I've been told my mouth is large enough to do that quite easily..

It really doesnt matter, just cut them into pieces then smother in condensed milk and eat with a spoon. Or perhaps deep fry them in batter and eat with a chocolate dipping sauce. Both healthy alternatives.

How can you say such a thing? A fundamental question of human existence has just been posed. Some things, though, are too complex for our puny understanding; my fear is that mankind may never find the answer.

That sounds SO healthy... I think I'm going to make a Twix run and give that a try!

Here in the UK, your left Twixes** are the same as our right Twixes** and vice versa. So - if you ever get a definitive answer to your original question, it will be the opposite here and in Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia and Southern Africa.
(** That's when the Twix is viewed from the front)

I have always assumed its like 'matrix' so ask the lady at the sweet shop for a couple of Twices.
However, she usually accuses me of tautology so now I just point and say "Two of those please".

Left twix, right twix, can't we all just get along. Don't build a wall just allow the twixes to intermingle in a melting pot of sweet goodness.

screw that, left twix rule!

My favorite solution: Rename it back to Raider
(that's what we called this candy bar in Europe until 1991)

Agreed - "Raider" has a proper plural and a nice macho image.
I still ask for a couple of "Marathon" bars if I don't fancy any Twices. I'm not comfortable asking for two "Snickers" - something half-way between a sarcastic laugh and an item of underwear - a little too graphic for my delicate sensibilities.
