Unless the driver paid good attention, as in, Why are so many kids gawking and laughing out the rear windows?, they might ride for several blocks, around many corners before someone chickened out and let go.

It was a badge of honor to make it all the way to the high school a couple miles away without either getting caught or letting go. Once I saw 5 boys hitching such a ride. Of course if they were caught there were consequences, but as in any such endeavor, the trick is DON'T GET CAUGHT!

Only if you don't play by the rules.
However, like Calvin Ball, "THE RULES" are subject to change without notice.

I would say more an Extreme adventure sport. You never really know what will happen next but you come out the other end thinking "wow, what a ride"

Extreme adventure sports are activities perceived as involving a high degree of risk.

My friends and I discovered that if I put the top down in my MG and pulled the manual choke, my car would idle at about 30mph. So we all could get out and ski. 2 on the back and me on the side skiing while steering.

As far as marriage goes:
50% of all marriages end in divorce, the other half end in death. Your choice

Always going to be a matter of opinion

I most truly dangerous sports there arent many valid statistics of deaths vs activities so comparisons are just guesswork

Never online.
I want my victims Right across the table from me.
I used to play fairly regularly in college but I quit when husband (well, he wasn't at that time) came along.
And yes, I did win.

To elaborate on the "Bulls" thing. I live in Northeast Arkansas USA. Bull Riding is a sport here, I just can't get my mind wrapped around. I mean you take a 1500lb animal, then take a leather strap, wrap it around his *****, jerk them up, and tie the strap to his tail. Now just thinking of this makes me cringe, let alone what it must do to the Bull. Uncomfortable to say the least? Now the last thing the "Bull" remembers, is one of you 2 legged suckers, just tied my ***** to my tail, and now you want to ride me!!!
What the H,E, double hockey sticks, makes you think this is a Good Idea??? Cause if I get the chance, I'm gonna stomp the **** out of anyone of you, and it doesn't really matter to me, which one of you it is!

As I stated before "Don't **** With Something That Weighs 1500lbs and can Think for It's self"!

So what kind of "Idiot" does it take to want to ride a BULL??? Just curious.

Talk about the most Dangerous Sport!

Jack

Where I grew up Bull Riders didn't last long.
Either one kicked what passed for brains out of them, or, if they managed to avoid falling off go till the horn, they were good for about 2 seasons before their back was toast.

We could always tell a washed up bull rider. They walk funny -- IF they can still walk at all!
