Frazer-Nash Jaguar

I saw this car at a concours event over the weekend. I tried a google search and found pictures, but nothing explaining the Jaguar connection. Anyone familiar with it or have a link for more information?

Hmmm - haven't heard of a real Frazer Nash with Jaguar power. I'm guessing that this is a Kougar with a bit of a disguise. There were some early Kougars built with alloy bodies, so this may be one of those. A clearer view of the front suspension (cribbed from Jaguar?) would be a tip off. Also, this one is left-hand drive... But I could be wrong...
