This is the VelocityAP performance tuner. It will work on any of the JLR models with the 3.0/5.0L, but "nothing" with flexray communication.

This is an "empty" tuner box which would require purchasing a tune specific for your vehicle from VelocityAP.
Cost of a NEW tuner box from VelocityAP is $250. Will sell for $175 plus shipping/paypal fee. Comes with programmer, OBD cable, and PC cable.

I used this tune on my F-Pace, which has now been sold. Awesome performance with the tune and it can be programmed to turn off the Start/Stop function as the default setting.

hey, guessing this would work with my 2013 XFR with the bosch ecu. not sure about flexray but velocityap said they can tune my car obviously.

Can you disable the auto start with just this device?

 

The tune that Velocity puts on the device can disable the auto-start. That is how I had mine programmed.

For clarity: This device is a "programmer". It is not something that remains on the vehicle.
