The tool kit was not supplied with US cars so the only place to get them is from Europe. They show up on English Ebay from time to time. Not cheap or cheap to ship, but if you really want one -

Jaguar XJ8 X308 Under Bonnet Tool Kit | eBayThis one is missing the pliers and it would still run $100+ or so shipped. I paid that for a complete, mint one a few months ago.

Find one that is complete and get it now, they seem to be getting hard to find on this side of the pond.

I saw the set with the missing pliers, too much cost considering it's missing a part. I've been checking england and germany ebay every day, one will pop up eventually
